Celebrate Colorado Bike Month with these events

Bike month is the perfect time to share your love of bicycling with friends who haven’t yet discovered how awesome it is, so I’ve rounded up some community bike events that are great for newbies and veterans alike.

There are loads of events happening all across the state. In fact, there are so many events going on that I couldn’t possibly list them all here, but here are some suggestions, starting tonight:

Sun. 6/7: Open Streets event Fort Collins

Wed. 6/10: BikeDenver Bike to Work breakfast station Denver

Thu. 6/11: Basic Bicycle Maintenance Class Pueblo

Sat. 6/13: Optimists Club Bike Recycle Drop-Off Arvada

Tue. 6/16: Tuesday Night Road Ride Pagosa Springs

Wed. 6/17: Go By Bike: Cycling with Children Fort Collins

Thu. 6/18: Ride with Bicycle Aurora Aurora

Sat. 6/20: Micro bike tune-ups at the farmers’ market Durango

Sun. 6/21: Kids on Bikes PopCycle Event Colorado Springs

Tue. 6/23: Community Forum and Bike Commuter Fashion Show Durango

Wed. 6/24: Bike to Work Day All over Colorado

Bicycle Colorado representatives will be out at the breakfast stations at Civic Center Park, REI and the Wash Park Whole Foods. Come see us!

Fri. 6/26: Pueblo Cruiser Bicycle Ride Pueblo

Sat. 6/27: BikeLove Denver

Sun. 6/28: Yoga for Bikers Crested Butte

  • Tonight the #BicycleColorado team celebrated Stacey, our outgoing Development Director, with a virtual happy hour. Stacey has been an absolute rockstar for BC. We’re sad to see her leave, but thrilled for her as she heads out on a new adventure (hopefully in the #BikeAdvocacy space!) in North Carolina. Please join us in wishing her well!
