The Orbea Optima eBikes raffle, made possible by our friends at SloHi Bike Co

Not one but two chances to win

The Orbea Optima is one of SloHi’s best-selling eBikes for a reason. It’s stylish, simple and fun. The Orbea Optima E50 is an affordable and comfortable electric city bike with step thru frame for easy access. Both the architecture and the ergonomics of the new Optima are innovative. It is a bike designed to be used as an electric bicycle from the conceptual design phase.

Since we’re drawing two winners, you can purchase two or more tickets and a have chance at winning not one, but both bikes! We will be drawing from a pool of 500 tickets maximum for not one but two prizes: Small Orbea Optima E50 in light blue & Medium Orbea Optima E50 in turquoise!

The grand prize winner (the person who’s ticket number is called first) will get to pick whether they prefer the small or medium, and the second winner will get the other bike.

There are some factors like height, arm and leg length that determine a great bike fit, and these bikes work for most and are rated for a maximum total weight of 250 pounds. The small works best for riders 4’11” – 5’5″, and the medium works best for riders 5’5″ – 5’11”.  Those are optimal ranges, and the bikes can be adjusted to fit a wider range.

To learn more about the bike specs, please click here to learn more about the Orbea Optima eBike on the SloHi website.

Each of the two prizes are valued at $2,700

total raffle contest value at $5,400

We’re thrilled to see so many people out enjoying (and often rediscovering the joy of) riding a bike right now, and we’re asking ALL bicyclists to do their part to prevent the spread of #covid19 by wearing a mask or other face covering when out for a ride. Doing so keeps you, your loved ones, those around you, and all Coloradans safer while helping reduce stress on our medical system. If you still need a mask, click the link in our bio to pre-order one now and support our advocacy work! Thanks so much to everyone who has already purchased, and to @primalwear for supporting our efforts over the years. Ride on.
  • #BicycleColorado volunteers and staff members spent time today helping @denverurbangardens and @denverfoodrescue deliver “Grow a Garden” food boxes to home-bound families in Denver—via bike! Supporting our community on two wheels makes for a great way to spend a sunny day. Many thanks to our friends @ddchen47, David M., and @juggernautcargo for your help! Head to denverfoodrescue.org or dug.org to learn more about these great local organizations. #rideyourbike
  • Tonight the #BicycleColorado team celebrated Stacey, our outgoing Development Director, with a virtual happy hour. Stacey has been an absolute rockstar for BC. We’re sad to see her leave, but thrilled for her as she heads out on a new adventure (hopefully in the #BikeAdvocacy space!) in North Carolina. Please join us in wishing her well!
