Moving People Forward is Bicycle Colorado’s annual event that brings together thought leaders, innovators, decision makers, business leaders and stakeholders to explore the trends, topics, and technology at the forefront of the mobility revolution. The conference is Monday, February 10, 2020 at the Embassy Suites Downtown Denver.

Robin Mazumder is an award winning researcher and accomplished keynote speaker sought out internationally to provoke thoughtful discussions on cities and well-being. He is currently completing his doctorate in cognitive neuroscience at the University of Waterloo, where he is studying the psychological impacts of urban design.
Using sophisticated wearable technology and immersive virtual reality, he examines how people experience urban design and architecture. His interest is inspired by his love for cities as well as his front line experience working as a mental health occupational therapist. Robin’s research is funded by the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship, Canada’s most prestigious doctoral award.
His research has been featured in the BBC, Wired, Vice and GQ and he has given over 30 keynotes internationally, including at the Biennial of the Americas, the National Bike Summit, and the International Winter Cities Conference.
