Salida named bicycle-friendly community, Vail moves up
Congratulations to Salida, which was just named a silver-level Bicycle-Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists. Congrats also to Vail, which moved up from bronze to silver. This brings the number of bicycle-friendly communities in Colorado to 20.
Colorado is currently second on the Bicycle-Friendly States list, and we’re the only state to have two platinum-level communities (Fort Collins and Boulder). Colorado also boasts four gold- seven silver- and seven bronze-level communities.
We applaud every Colorado community that continues to make bicycling better for everyone who rides a bicycle in our state.
