E-bike 101

Are you curious about E-bikes and want to give one a try? Join Bicycle Colorado at Mike’s Bikes Denver East to learn the basics about e-bikes before going on a guided bike ride on an e-bike provided by Mike’s Bikes. If you are interested in purchasing an e-bike, not only does Mike’s Bikes participate in the $450 Colorado e-bike tax credit, they will offer attendees of this class an additional $150 off an e-bike purchase (that’s $600 savings in total)!

Lesson Details

• Fun, safe and friendly environment. Participants must be 16 years or older. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Registration is free but space is limited!
• Class will be a combination of presentation, q&a, and a guided ride.
• Ride will be approximately 3 miles total, starting and ending at the Mike’s Bikes store. We will go over safe riding on the road before the ride.
• Small class size, maximum of 6 students with two instructors
• Class 1 E-bikes will be provided by Mike’s Bikes. Helmets will be available to borrow or bring your own. All participants must wear a helmet on the ride.

Location and Time

Class is held at the Mike’s Bikes East Denver Location. Class runs for 1.5 hours.

Additional Details

Please be sure to dress for the weather. We suggest wearing comfortable, active clothing with layers and close-toed shoes.
