Give great holiday gifts, get better bicycling in Colorado!

This holiday season, consider gifts from the Bicycle Colorado store. You’ll get to give cool original gifts while also helping to improve bicycling in Colorado. With several new items coming to our store in time for the holidays, you’re sure to find something for the bicyclists in your life.

Restaurant BasicsFor the beer lover

Along with the regular Bicycle Colorado offerings of jerseys and t-shirts, this year we’ll have Bicycle Colorado pint glasses. Not just for beer, these handsome glasses are great for any beverage. Order a pint glass here. We’ll ship them in early December.

For the kiddos

Also new for this holiday season is a kids’ t-shirt. Based on our current adults’ t-shirt design, which is on sale now, these will feature a kids’ bike and come in small sizes. Available soon!

necklaceFor those who like to dress up

And of course don’t forget our “made for Bicycle Colorado” silver bike necklace by Colorado’s own Kit Hollingshead. The sterling silver bike pendant comes with a 16″ chain and a gift box.

This simple, elegant design is only available through Bicycle Colorado, and each purchase helps our mission of improving bicycling conditions in Colorado. The necklaces ship directly from Kit Hollingshead.

For the chronically lost

mapWe also have a wide selection of Latitude 40 topographical maps to choose from. The maps are printed on waterproof, tear-resistant plastic. They can withstand a lot of wear and tear and years on the trail, snowstorms and even a few rainstorms (although they don’t like hail).

And remember, maps don’t take batteries, they always get good reception, they aren’t a constant distraction and they don’t have monthly fees. A physical map gives you the big picture, and it’s great for planning a trip.

What would you like to see in the store?

We’re always looking for new ideas for the store. So tell us in the comments: what would you like to see us carry in the future?

We’re thrilled to see so many people out enjoying (and often rediscovering the joy of) riding a bike right now, and we’re asking ALL bicyclists to do their part to prevent the spread of #covid19 by wearing a mask or other face covering when out for a ride. Doing so keeps you, your loved ones, those around you, and all Coloradans safer while helping reduce stress on our medical system. If you still need a mask, click the link in our bio to pre-order one now and support our advocacy work! Thanks so much to everyone who has already purchased, and to @primalwear for supporting our efforts over the years. Ride on.
  • #BicycleColorado volunteers and staff members spent time today helping @denverurbangardens and @denverfoodrescue deliver “Grow a Garden” food boxes to home-bound families in Denver—via bike! Supporting our community on two wheels makes for a great way to spend a sunny day. Many thanks to our friends @ddchen47, David M., and @juggernautcargo for your help! Head to denverfoodrescue.org or dug.org to learn more about these great local organizations. #rideyourbike
  • Tonight the #BicycleColorado team celebrated Stacey, our outgoing Development Director, with a virtual happy hour. Stacey has been an absolute rockstar for BC. We’re sad to see her leave, but thrilled for her as she heads out on a new adventure (hopefully in the #BikeAdvocacy space!) in North Carolina. Please join us in wishing her well!
