The Broadmoor Cycle to the Summit

The Broadmoor Cycle to the Summit is a breathtaking bicycle race up Pikes Peak – America’s Mountain. Literally. Sanctioned by USA Cycling, this competitive style hill climb consists of multiple medal categories giving cyclists of all skill levels the opportunity to take on Pikes Peak – America’s Mountain. Elevate your bucket list by 14,115 ft. Created in 2010, this year marks the 15th consecutive year of The Broadmoor Cycle to the Summit, an annual event of the Colorado Springs Sports Corporation.
This event is part of the 2024 Rocky Mountain Road Cup season-long points competition.
Route information
Cyclists will ride in a fully supported event. This supported events includes three rest areas along the course at Glen Cove, Devils Playground, and Summit. These rest areas will have water, Powerade, and light snacks available. Elevation Wheel Company will assist with tech support at the start line, and during the race! They will also capture FREE photos of you during your ride that you will be able to download after race day.

Colorado Springs Sports Corp – Colorado Springs Sports Corporation (The Sports Corp) is a 501(c)3 non-profit established in 1979 to assist in the relocation of the U.S. Olympic Committee from New York City to Colorado Springs. The Sports Corp’s mission is to inspire and advance Colorado Springs, Olympic City USA, and the Pikes Peak Region through sport and community events. Through event promotion and community development activities, The Sports Corp plays a critical role in bringing civic leaders together with some of the nation’s premier sporting organizations to promote tourism and create positive economic impact.
