Elephant Rock – TENTATIVELY RESCHEDULED 10/11/2020

LET’S ROLL IN THE FALL

TENTATIVELY RESCHEDULED SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11TH in PARKER, CO.

Due to COVID-19, for the first time in our 33-year history we are rescheduling Elephant Rock Ride.  Rather than kicking off the cycling season in June, this year we will close it out with a fall spectacular in Parker, Colorado (only 20 minutes from Castle Rock).

We will still offer our popular century (100-miles) course along with route options of 50-miles, 30-miles and a 10-mile family fun ride.  We are busy buttoning up final details and will share all the pertinent event information soon. Please stay tuned to our website and watch for emails in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, should you have any questions, please contact us at support@rollmassif.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We look forward to a rockin good time this October! Click here to learn more

Elephant Rock is a true Colorado cycling classic, dating back more than 30 years. This legend has endured for good reason — the excellent riding is matched by the festival atmosphere (think 7,000 riders loving life) and the professional support out on course.

This year we have three road courses (40, 62 and 100 miles), one gravel route (33 miles) and one great family ride (7.5 miles). It all goes down June 7 in Castle Rock, Colorado, with all rides starting and finishing at Douglas County Fairgrounds.

And the rides are only half the party! The Colorado Bike Expo on June 6-7 will feature scores of cool exhibitors, demos, live music, food and more.

Register for Elephant Rock today! Riders under the age of 18 are FREE and must be accompanied by an adult. Register now and join us on [tentatively] October 11, 2020!

We’re thrilled to see so many people out enjoying (and often rediscovering the joy of) riding a bike right now, and we’re asking ALL bicyclists to do their part to prevent the spread of #covid19 by wearing a mask or other face covering when out for a ride. Doing so keeps you, your loved ones, those around you, and all Coloradans safer while helping reduce stress on our medical system. If you still need a mask, click the link in our bio to pre-order one now and support our advocacy work! Thanks so much to everyone who has already purchased, and to @primalwear for supporting our efforts over the years. Ride on.
  • #BicycleColorado volunteers and staff members spent time today helping @denverurbangardens and @denverfoodrescue deliver “Grow a Garden” food boxes to home-bound families in Denver—via bike! Supporting our community on two wheels makes for a great way to spend a sunny day. Many thanks to our friends @ddchen47, David M., and @juggernautcargo for your help! Head to denverfoodrescue.org or dug.org to learn more about these great local organizations. #rideyourbike
  • Tonight the #BicycleColorado team celebrated Stacey, our outgoing Development Director, with a virtual happy hour. Stacey has been an absolute rockstar for BC. We’re sad to see her leave, but thrilled for her as she heads out on a new adventure (hopefully in the #BikeAdvocacy space!) in North Carolina. Please join us in wishing her well!
