Raffle Rules

Ticket sales will only be open from February 1 to March 1, 2021 at 5PM.

The Drawing

The drawing will take place at Bicycle Colorado at 1525 Market Street, Suite 100, Denver, CO 80202 on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 12 p.m. Being present for the drawing is not required and does not increase your chance of winning.

The winner will be notified by phone and email, and the winner and winning ticket number will be listed here at https://www.bicyclecolorado.org/events/campus-cycles-raffle/ by noon on March 3, 2021 and will remain on this page for 30 days after the drawing. Rules

Bicycle Colorado will manually send a confirmation email, including your total number of tickets purchased/entered in the drawing and the ticket numbers for each. This will be done within 7 days of purchase, and all emails will be sent at the latest by March 2, 2021 at 9AM. If you do not receive your email, please reach out to us at info@bicyclecolorado.org. The prize must be accepted as awarded, unless otherwise stated in the Rules or as deemed necessary by Bicycle Colorado and upon approval of the Colorado Secretary of State. To accept the prize, please show your confirmation email and valid ID. All prize winners must be eligible holders under the Rules and Applicable Law. If a prize winner is found not to comply with the Rules or Applicable Law, then the corresponding prize may be forfeited and retained by Bicycle Colorado. The prize will be awarded to the individual named on the winning ticket. Initial prize notification will be prompt via phone and email to the phone number and email address as given by the purchaser. The prize drawing result will also be posted within 24 hours and will remain for 30 days at www.bicyclecolorado.org/events/campus-cycles-raffle/. If a winner fails to claim a prize within 30 calendar days of receiving this notification, Bicycle Colorado may retain the prize. A prize will not be awarded if either the purchaser or the holder were ineligible to purchase or hold the ticket under the Rules or if they provided false or misleading information in connection with the ticket’s purchase. In this event, no additional drawing will be held and Bicycle Colorado will retain the prize won with the ticket. Because postage and shipping fees are deducted from the raffle proceeds, we do our best to arrange pickup of prizes with the winners.  If delivery or pickup is impossible, we will happily arrange for shipment of prizes. Must be a resident of the continental United States to purchase tickets. Must be 18 or older to participate. Winner does not need to be present at the drawing to win. Winner is responsible for applicable tax liability based on the value of the package. Bicycle Colorado staff, board and their household members are not eligible. Sorry, no refunds. All proceeds from the Campus Cycles Raffle benefit Bicycle Colorado. Thank you!
